Warranty; 12 months. Would the misfortune to arrive and your product is affected by a manufacturing defect that is original and not caused by external damage or due to rough handling, so we offer warranty by you either get spares or repair.

The warranty applies to defects of greater importance and relevance for the product's functionality. Notice of claim

Your item is damaged or defective? Contact us at and we will solve the problem. It is a minor injury that can easily be fixed then you get new parts and instructions on how to fix the fault yourself. It is a major failure to return the product in its original packaging. Return shipping label provided by us.

Transport damage

Loose never charge a damaged package. Should this happen, please contact us at and we will contact with the transport company and fixes the problem. A new one be sent to you as soon as possible.

Have your goods broken in shipment?

If it is an external damage so please take several photos of the damage with at least one image to show the damage clearly, and email it to us at to facilitate the handling of the case.
